How do I return a product? Our returns policy
How do I return something that I’ve bought from you?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain the product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this.
please include a written note of your name, address, email address and order number so we know where the item has come from.
If you want to exchange your item, the quickest and easiest way is to re-order what you need and return the unused items for a refund. This way you will receive the correct items quickly and your refund will be processed once the items are back with us.
Thank you for your purchase. we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used. Please allow a few days for the funds to be received back into your account.
The Following Items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Disposable Vape Devices
- Figuids which have been opened
- Coils and refillable pods which have been taken out of the packaging (used or unused)
- vuse or Jour pous
- Damaged batteries
- Vape devices which have been physically damaged
- IQOS and Heets
- Poom and EVO sticks
- Tanks which have been used
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
Any products which are consumable cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Products such as Tanks and Devices should only be returned if there is a manufacturer fault within the 15-day returns period. After this, all faults should be dealt with directly with the manufacturer.
Sale or clearance items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
