FREE UK shipping on orders over £20.

  • Same day dispatch if placed before 2pm weekdays and 12pm weekends (For Sunday dispatch, select DPD Local)
  • Orders placed after 12pm Saturday with Royal Mail option will leave us Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • For Sunday delivery, order before 12pm Saturday and choose DPD Local.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

Orders placed after 4pm weekdays and after 12pm on weekends will be processed the next day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders for delivery Sunday must be placed by 12pm on Saturday using DPD Local as the chosen method.

We do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and most Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.

Occasionally we may upgrade orders to the DPD Local service and this will be noted in your order fulfilled notification email.

The order notes facility is to let us know of anything specific to do with your order. Notes made concerning delivery requests can’t be relayed and won’t be seen by the delivery drivers.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified timeframe shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order, so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 10 working days.
